RolePlay - 23rd of September

Sage suddenly hears a nearby bush russle and sits up on her haunches looking at the bush that russled but lays back down when she realizes it's just the wind blowing it around. But she knows from expierance that you can never be too cautious, especially in a dangerous environment like the Kalahari.

General climbed up a nearby shrub and helped Sage on sentry.

Sage yawns feeling tired but decides to keep a look out for danger a little bit longer. She smiles at General seeing him help out with sentry duty. She felt safe around him and can sense that he's a type of meerkat who wouldn't go down without a fierce fight when faced with danger, as she already saw in the past few days of being in the group.

ooc: Could someone please tell me what is happening in the rp?

ooc: Diara hasn't come back yet and the group moved burrows, during the move, the adults managed to scare off a genet that was stalking Sage. Now they are at the new burrow.

ooc: Okay. And the other groups?

bic: Jackson sat by the burrow mouth, feeling a little wary about the genet.
Not far off, Diara was foraging, occasionaly looking over her shoulder to make sure there were no predators.

ooc: Okay, two other females were accepted into the Zulu, Tak and Gaz, and Gaz was just evicted but is following the group.

At the Summits, Setoshi and Ozzy have joined. The rover, Paool's brother and Dash's father Black Foot, appeared and tried to mate with Tara, but was spotted by Akio and chased off.

In the Hydras, well, the Hyras and the Chickies haven't moved so much as one page really.

Oh and at the Barking Boys, Quagmire got into a fight with Sargent over dominance and he and his sons ended up being chased out of there by the entire mob. Captain spied on them a little. He saw the Stargazers pull a fast one on them, Starlight pretended to be interested in him, and when he was close enough, she attcked him, and the rest of the group came charging. When Captain returned with what he found, the others burst out laughing, they explained to Valentine who was new, that the Stargazers had used that trick for years. Now they are headed toward Willows territory only to find the Willows aren't even there lol.

ooc: Okay, thanks. I will get to it.

Riverdance sat away from the group but smiled, with Diara nowhere to be found, her pups had a better chance of life.

Sage watches the sunset relaxed, oblivious to Diara's plight.

Diara continued to forage, unwittingly heading towards the Stargazers.
Jackson relaxes and lies down in the shade of the burrow, dozing off.

Sage begins to doze off and turns over onto her back with her legs sprawled out.

Riverdance inched closer to the group.

Sage looks up and spots Riverdance but decides to ignore her and waits for Starlight to see her and to decide what to do with her.

Diara spots the Stargazers in the near distance. She pauses, unsure of what to do.

Riverdance spots a loner, and doesn't know it's Diara at the distance she is at. She begins to give a muffled bark, still unsure that if a lone meerkat would pose any threat to a whole group.

Sage watches the lone meerkat closely and gets up on all 4s with her tail erect, ready to protect the pups if the meerkat poses a threat.

Starlight growled and lifted her head.

Diara stayed where she was. She wanted to rejoin the group, but figured that approaching them would be a bad idea. She prayed that if she was persistent enough, that they would allow her back.

General begins to move fast toward the loner, he still can't tell it's her, since meerkats recognize eachother by scent.

Starlight growled as she watched.

Sage growls softly as she continued to keep an eye on the stranger.

Still, Diara stayed firm. She refused to move.

General rushed over growling and smelled it was her, he growled again slightly then turned and returened to the group.

Starlight, now knowing it was Diara, came forward growling and hipslammed Diara roughly then scent marked her and returned to the group. She didn't entirely like Diara's boldness.

Sage approaches Diara growling and sniffed her. Realizing that she's a Stargazer, Sage calms down and returns to resting near the burrow entrance.

Akila looks up, she watches Diara and bounds over, where have you been? She barked playfully.
