Quagmire and his sons Mischka and Grischka

Quagmire

Age: 5 years and 4 months

Discription: Has sand colored fur which easily blends in to the sand and tall grass which gives him an advantage while roving. Has a scar on the top of his head and another scar on his left thigh that he recieved during a roving trip that went wrong.

Personality: Charming, sly, bold and is refered to as the playboy of the Kalahari. He prefers to approach a group out in the open to attract the females' attentions, he's a type of rover who WANTS to be seen but not by the group's males of course. Depending on his mood while roving, he may also choose to rove the mischivious, sly way, sticking to the bushes and try to entice a female right under the male's noses. If he's spotted he'll disappear into the grass or try to fool a group's males by slinking low to the sand to try to blend in which doesnt always work. Quagmire will hang around the same group for a week or more trying to entice every female who may not be pregnant but dominant females are his ultimate weakness.

Mischka

Age: 1 year and 5 months

Discription: was born with fur that is dark brown on the right side of his body and sand colored on the left side of his body.

Personality: Very inexperianced, naiive and curious. Tends to just bound up to a female he prefers without even observing the locations of a group's sentries and dominant male. His curiosity also tends to get him into trouble but thanks to his father Quagmire he's been lucky to escape a dangerous situation inscaved..so far

Grischka

Age: 1 year and 5 months

Discription: Larger than his twin brother Mischka. Has dark brown colored fur and was born without a tail.

Personality: Patient and observent but can also be over enthusiastic. Will observe a group to locate their sentries and dominant male before approaching a female he likes. He's just started trying his luck out with dominant females but is having bad luck. Tends to get over enthusiastic and like his brother Mischka will bound out in to the open risking being attacked by a group's resident males.

History: Quagmire was part of a roving coalition that took over a wild group. He immediately established dominance and fathered 6 litters with the group's dominant female one of which Mischka and Grischka were born. After the 6th litter was born, Quagmire was over thrown by one of his brothers and remained a subordinate. soon after the death of the dominant female, most of the group's males left including Quagmire and his sons and they've stuck together and started to go roving. Quagmire has taken his sons under his wing showing them how a true pro gets the job done. While he's been successful at most groups his sons have been have not. Recently the 3 boys roved at a wild group unfrotunately Mischka had gotten over enthusistic and bounded toward a female who was in eyesight of the group's males and they were viciously attacked. Luckily they escaped but Quagmire was scared for life. Fed up with trying to teach his sons alone, Quagmire is searching for an experianced group of males who'd like to show Mischka and Grishka how to rove the expert way.

Quagmire reminds me of Kragmyre, which was the name of one of my dragons (I used to collect them). Except Kragmyre was a female.
I love that name.
